Wash the loin
Sliced, moderate thickness
Starch and salt poured in a bowl
Add appropriate amount of water and mix well
At about a quarter of an hour, there is a layer of water on it, and slowly pour off the water (you don't have to completely clean it)
Grab the wet starch in the bowl with your hand and move slowly
Add to the meat and grab it evenly
Heat the oil in the pot, fry the meat slices once, then fry again, and fry as shown.
White sugar (I used Taikoo's natural raw sugar), ketchup and 60ml of water to mix well. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and pour the mixed liquid of the sugar tomato ketchup into the medium heat until it is thick. Pour the sliced meat into the wok and add the parsley onion.
