Cut the two halves of the watermelon, dig out the melon and prepare the juice (do not damage the melon)
Juice (if the juicer needs to be filtered:))
Weigh 145 grams of watermelon juice, microwave oven for 30 to 40 seconds, about 45 degrees Celsius
Add the gelatin powder to the watermelon juice and stir evenly
Pour into the remaining watermelon juice and mix well
Hold the watermelon in a bowl, pour the juice into the fresh-keeping compartment of the refrigerator until it solidifies.
Try to taste the watermelon before you do it, and then decide how much sugar to add.
