The recipe reference Jamie Oliver "One Day Learn to Cook" contains 4 people. I made a slight change. The following is for one person.
Put the basic porridge milk and oatmeal into the pot, adjust a little sea salt, cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat, stir while cooking, and cook into a smooth creamy shape. After cooking until thick, you can choose any of the following flavors to match the porridge bottom.
Banana cinnamon to a ripe banana, sliced with a small amount of cinnamon powder, maple syrup or honey (add 1 small roasted almond or coconut according to your taste)
Blackberry apple, nucleate diced 1 small piece of butter 1 small amount of oatmeal honey (add 1 fresh or frozen blackberry pan to your own taste, add apple butter, golden brown, add oatmeal and honey, fry for 1 minute Blackberry chopped into porridge with oatmeal and apple
Banana, whiskey and nutmeg A ripe banana mashed into a small half cup (12 ml) whiskey (only for adults... moderate amount of nutmeg powder) (added according to personal taste)
Dark chocolate and marmalade 12g 70% cocoa content dark chocolate chopped 1 full teaspoon orange sauce
The amount of milk is arbitrary, I gave it a rough idea. If you like thin, you can add more.
