This tofu is often made by Ma Ma. It takes some patience to fry the tofu. If you like tofu, you should put a little more water in the third step. Remove the step of frying the tofu or directly use the tofu.
Put the oil in the pan and put in the dried tofu, cut into pieces, and fry until golden on both sides.
Dry tofu on both sides and fry the yellow pot. Add the remaining oil to the fried ginger and stir-fry the meat. Add the tomato.
