Wrap the sweet potato with a paper towel or kitchen paper and then wet the surface with water
Choose a microwave oven to heat up according to the size of the sweet potato for five to ten minutes. Remember to turn over every two minutes and observe the maturity.
Then you can open the paper towel and eat it.
????Be sure to remember to wet the paper towel or the surface will be dry. I chose a special sweet potato that seems to be called red sweet potato. It is more red and sweeter than the average sweet potato. It is proved that the microwave oven is better than the steamer and the oven. Power saving can be cooked quickly. If it is heated for another minute or two, the sweet potato will naturally crack and flow out of the juice.
