Next, stir-fry the meat. Put the oil in the pan and pour all the vegetables in the pan. Use medium heat.

Stir-fry until the meat is discolored. The water from the meat is almost dried. You can pour some red wine into it. If you don't use cooking wine, you can do it. Never put water.
Slightly fry and add the ketchup that you just made. stir fry.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Do not cook too much soup. This is the appearance of fried bolognese. Leave it in the pot for later use.
