Dry in autumn, moisturizing lungs
The pears are washed and cut into pieces, and the skin is left.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot (I am about 16ml in a 16cm pot to enlarge about half a pot of water). The fire is boiled for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the right amount of rock sugar to cook and turn off the fire.
Pick up the pears and put them on the juicer to break them, then filter them.
I have a 250ml cup and take out two cups.
