Wash the strawberries and dry them.
The dark chocolate is cut very fast (I use 72% dark chocolate), and the whipped cream is enlarged in a microwave oven for about 2 minutes. The whipped cream is already very hot, but the chocolate looks like a whole piece, with a full blend of egg beaters.
Strawberry, chocolate sauce, simmered on a paper plate, put it in the refrigerator for a while.
It is best to buy strawberries with a stalk, and take it when you lick chocolate. If you use milk chocolate, the amount of fresh cream can be reduced by 1/3 to 1⁄2. Otherwise the sauce will be too thin
