Heat the oil in a pan, stir the ginger, garlic, and chopped green onion (you can add a little dried chili to the spicy flavor), saute the parsley, and add the squid and potato.
Pour in the sauce and stir well. Pour a round of balsamic vinegar along the side of the pan.
