The oyster sauce fried noodles is a famous Han nationality snack with Cantonese characteristics. It is the favorite snack for Guangzhou people to drink morning tea, and it is also a homemade breakfast on the table of ordinary people. Stir fried noodles with special soy sauce or soy sauce chow mein is a famous Cantonese chow mein dish, enjoying a high popularity especially for breakfast time inside China.
The whole egg noodles are boiled in boiling water, and the water is drained after being picked up. After picking up with chopsticks, add a tablespoon of oil and mix well. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water, drain, separate with chopsitcks and mix in 1 table spoon of oil.
Raw soy, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and mix well into the oyster sauce king, spare. Mix top(light) and dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar in to a special soy sauce.
The leeks are cut into 6 cm long sections, and the onions are shredded and set aside. Cut chives in 6cm sections, shred onion.
Heat two tablespoons of oil on a large fire, add onions, fry until the onions are soft, add the silver buds and leeks with the stir-fry, add the salt to taste, remove and serve. Stir fry onions in 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over high heat until onions soften, add bean sprouts and chives, season with salt and remove from wok.
Put the noodles into the wok and stir fry, pour in the oyster sauce and stir until the color is even. Add two tablespoons of boiling water and add the fried vegetables and stir-fry for a while. Serve. Stir fry noodles in the wok, add special soy sauce and mix thoughtly . Sprink 2 tablespoons of boiling water, stir in vegetables until all the ingredients are mixed together.
