Slice the radish, cut the pepper into small pieces, peel the duck meat and remove the fascia slices.
Duck meat marinated with all seasonings for 10 minutes
Heat the oil in the pot, add the onion ginger, pour the marinated duck and stir fry until the duck is discolored.
Use the remaining oil in the pot to soak the radish and stir fry for a minute and a half.
Stir-fry the duck meat and stir well. Pour in the chili and stir well.
