The squid is opened and washed, and salted for 15 minutes.
Wash again, put a few lines on the back of the fish, put the garlic slices, ginger, and pour the wine
Seal the plastic wrap, fire, and steam for 15 minutes in a cold water pot. Ok is just fresh and tender
Peel off the cling film (be careful to burn)
Sprinkle the onion on the back of the fish, heat the oil in a pot and pour it on the chopped green onion. The big squid with delicious raw leaves is just fine.
