When I used to eat octopus, I was braised and eaten. After I went to work in Zhejiang, I discovered that the octopus can also be steamed. At first I felt incredible, I was afraid that it would be embarrassing. But after eating it, I asked local friends to know that this is a question of the freshness of the fish. It is also very delicious after steaming. This is also a quick hand dish. Just a quarter of an hour.
Wash the fish and cut it off.
Put 2 teaspoons of wine in the octopus. Add the right amount of salt and pepper (Hubei people cook and love to put pepper, this dish can be put away), ginger. Then the onion cuts into a flat bottom. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Steam on the pot for 7-10 minutes, turn off the heat for 3-5 minutes. After the pan is out, carefully pull out the onion and pour out the distilled water. Then add 2 tablespoons of steamed fish oil, a few drops of sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Finally, the hot water in the pot is poured off, and the hot oil is drenched on the fish.
1. This is not an authentic Zhejiang dish, because after all, I am from Hubei, with some improvement, soy sauce is not much. 2, if there is no steamed fish oyster sauce, you can take a small bowl and put 2 scoops of soy sauce, put some oyster sauce, add a few drops of sesame oil to stir it, I think it is ok.
