Pork ribs are very good materials. When you are lazy, even if you drink water, you can eat very much. If you have time, slowly simmer on a pot of pork ribs and add some South milk juice, which can definitely bring a different surprise taste, fragrant but not greasy, full-bodied, no matter what season can not resist.
Prepare the required materials.
After the ribs are washed, put them into the pot, add the water that has not been ribs, boil the bleeding foam, remove the ribs and drain the water for later use.
Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the pork ribs until the surface is slightly yellow.
Keep the base oil in the pot, add a small fire to the onion, ginger, and minced garlic.
Then add South milk, soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, and a small amount of water to boil.
Put in the fried ribs and boil.
Pour the ribs together with water into a pot that is suitable for stewing. (I like to use 珐琅 cast iron pot when stewing meat dishes. If you don't have it, don't tangled. Everyone cooks with other pots is also the same. The purpose is to stew the ribs to soft and rot.)
Turn to low heat and cook for about 40 minutes until the ribs are soft and rotten. The fire can be slightly thickened. (Different pots are cooked at different times, time is for reference only, the purpose is to make the ribs reach the state of soft and rotten bones)
Thin gray tips This dish does not need to be salted, soy sauce and soy sauce contain salt. There is a South milk juice sold separately in the supermarket. If not, buy red bean curd (not red oil fermented milk), and pour out the soup inside to use it.
