Occasionally (http://whipperberry.com/recipes) saw this mashed potato practice, the beauty chef used to match the red raisin pork chops. So I did it on a sunny day and found it really delicious. This recipe is recorded as a tribute to the beauty chef.
Wash the potatoes and cut them (as shown) and steam them.
Mix the lemon juice with light cream, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
Steamed potatoes, use a spoon to dig out most of the potatoes, keeping the remaining potatoes like a small bowl (pictured). Try to leave more potatoes, otherwise it is not good.
Spray a layer of olive oil in the potato bowl and bake the potato bowl in a preheated 180 degree oven until the shape is firm. If there is no spray, brush a layer of olive oil with a small brush.
The dug potatoes are crushed with tools to keep small pieces of potatoes and keep the palate. Cut the bacon into pieces and saute. The cheese slices are torn into pieces and mixed with mozzarella cheese.
Place the sauteed bacon and the whipped cream on the mashed potatoes, add the cheese, sea salt, black pepper and parsley. (The original party put a leeks... I like the taste of the pot friends can try it~~)
Use a ice cream spoon to dig the mashed potatoes into a bowl of baked potatoes, and then sprinkle some mashed cheese and black pepper on the mashed potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the mashed potatoes in the middle layer, bake until the cheese melts, and the surface is slightly burned to remove the plate.
The original author's red pork chops, I usually match the steak, the taste is just right~~
If it is too troublesome to dig potatoes, you can steam and cook directly to peel the potatoes and crush them. It is ok to put all the materials in the baking bowl and then into the oven.
Everything can be adjusted according to your own preferences. Lemon juice can be squeezed with fresh lemon, or canned lemon juice, the taste is different. Because lazy did not take the process map, if there is a place that does not understand, welcome to ask Ha~~
