Spore cabbage is cleaned. Cut the root and cut it in half from the middle.
Cook a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt and oil, boil the spore cabbage for 2 minutes and remove the drained water.
Put the oil in the wok and sauté the garlic onion.
Add the pork flakes, stir fry, add the wine and soy sauce, stir fry until the pieces are discolored.
Pour the spore cabbage, add salt and sugar and stir fry a few times to serve.
If you like to eat chili, you can add some pepper when you sauté the scallions.
