In many restaurants, there are roast pork neck meats, more than 60 pieces a dish. Get it at home, healthy and simple and delicious.

Apply even honey to the barbecue sauce before the oven. Apply on both sides without oil. Place the baking pan directly and marinate for 20 minutes. Preheat the fire up and down 220 degrees, about 40 minutes. Each oven is different, and the fire can be baked for a short time.
The meat is cooked and the surface is a little bit of coke. Slice the plate.
When roasting, about 20 minutes, apply a barbecue sauce to the bottom. Roast in turn.
