Add only a bottle of beer when stewed to half the water, boil over high heat and continue to cook over low heat.
Continue to stew until only half of the water, add water or soup without meat, because at the same time stewing oxtail soup, so I simply added oxtail soup into it
Boil the fire and continue to cook for a small fire until the beef tendon is soft and the oxtail is soaked.
Sake can be replaced with rice wine, water or soup. Any brand of beer can be used~
