Onion scrambled eggs are rich in nutrients, simple and quick to eat, and are a dish that often appears on my table.

Eggs are beaten into a bowl and stirred until slightly blistering
Heat the oil in a hot pot, pour in the egg mixture, stir fry for about a minute until cooked, ready for use.
Put the oil in the hot pot, pour the onion and stir fry evenly. Add the salt and oyster sauce and stir well.
Pour in the egg and stir fry evenly. Add the green pepper and stir well (this step forgot to take a photo)
It’s OK to hold out the plate.
It is best to fry the eggs and then fry the onions to avoid egg odor.
