Poke (PO-KEI) is a kind of food native to Hawaii in the United States. It used to be hard to cook at sea. So fresh seafood and soy sauce with sea salt and onions are used. Although octopus, tuna and salmon can be used. But the most common is salmon and tuna in Hawaii. You will have dozens of Pokes when you walk into any store. With the American people getting more and more Asian food, and with the Raw Diet trend, Poke quickly blushes across the US East Coast. The size of the restaurant is not just the heart of President Obama’s favorite. Even the Oscar dinner has a Poke.
Salmon, avocado, seaweed, onions and shallots are cut into small pieces and placed in a large bowl.
Pour in mustard seed sauce, soy sauce, and fresh lime juice. Plus some sesame oil will be more fragrant, but in order to ensure low fat we have omitted sesame oil.
Stir and stir.
Pour the mixed Poke on the rice, or wrap it in the burritos. It’s great to eat alone.
