Roasted Australian leg of lamb in the oven
Cut a few knives and put all the spices. Massage the leg of the lamb to taste. Do not peel the garlic cloves between the leg cuts.
Wrap it in plastic wrap. Do not use fresh plastic bags. 4-5 hours.
The oven is preheated for 180° for ten minutes. Then wrap the entire container in tin foil for 4 hours at the same temperature. Turn over every two hours. When turning over, you can press the garlic cloves into garlic. One and a half hours left, the diced potatoes were cut into pieces.
