Want to eat freshly-flavored salted chicken? It's too simple! Is there a rice cooker? Well, now go buy a whole chicken, then buy a bag of salted chicken powder and you can do it!
Wash the whole chicken, drain the water, and mix a bag of salted chicken powder with vegetable oil to make a thick paste. Spread evenly inside and outside the chicken and marinate for 1 hour. If you are in a hurry, you can marinate for about 30 minutes, and the middle is not so tasty. Therefore, I usually pick it up in the discharge rice cooker at noon, and I will eat it when I come back from work.
