My mom taught it on the weekend and did it today. It’s really great! The juice inside can be fried with vinegar, cabbage, hot and sour potato and so on!
One turnip, one carrot, one carrot
Peeling and washing, control (dry control, or short storage time)
Cut, thin, self-control
Container controlled dry moisture
Half a lemon squeezed juice to join
a piece of white sugar
Millet peppers three or four
Put it in and seal it
The lemon inside is best to squeeze the juice into it and add some salt.
Refrigerate for 24 hours (the more the bubble, the better)
Very refreshing side dish
Nothing, I’m really delicious. I used the juice inside to fry the vinegar and sip the cabbage. It’s really delicious to eat.
