I am eating salad every day. Today this is the base of kale and Roman lettuce, red kidney beans as a source of protein. Tomato, onion and lemon juice are used for seasoning :)

Steps:

  1. Kale is washed and torn into small pieces, Roman lettuce is cut into thick, tomatoes are cut into pieces, and other materials are diced. If the red kidney beans are dry, they need to be boiled 3 times for 1.5-2 hours.

  2. Add in olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste.
