Yam and purple potatoes are steamed on the pot for about half an hour. When they are almost the same, they can be poked with chopsticks.
Eggs are mixed with flour, not too thick or too thin (thickened with cool white, diluted with flour). Spread the egg cake on the pot (you don't need oil in the non-stick pan).
After the purple potato is steamed, it is ground into mud and the yam is peeled.
