Continue to stir the chocolate sauce to normal temperature and bottle it.
1. A small amount of salt will increase the aroma and sweetness of the chocolate sauce, so salt butter is used here. 2. The whole process should be kept at a small fire. If the temperature is too high, the chocolate fat will be destroyed. 3. The whole process should be constantly stirred to prevent the temperature. Uneven changes form delamination or agglomeration.
