Pork belly chicken is one of the famous local Hakka cuisines in Guangdong. It is popular in Guangdong's Huizhou, Heyuan and Meizhou areas. I used to eat often when I was in Hainan. It was very cheap. It’s no trouble to do it at home.
Wash the chicken and cut into pieces, use hot water to remove the blood bubbles.
Wash the outside of the pork belly, turn it over and use salt and wine, lick 3 times, then boil it in hot water and cut into strips.
Put the water in the pot, add the pepper, ginger, salt, pepper, and green onion, add the pork belly and chicken, stew for half an hour, then simmer for 2 hours, just fine.
