Method of consuming large quantities of plums
Plum washed and peeled, cut into small pieces
The pulp is crushed into juice with a cooking machine, and the sugar, corn syrup, and salt are stirred again. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference. If it is too sweet, add a little lemon juice.
Put the plum juice in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Pour the juice into a pre-frozen ice cream machine and stir for 20 minutes. The finished product can be frozen in the container.
