I have recently tried to make yogurt cheese cakes of various flavors, and then each one is mixed with a strange seasoning as an aid. Pineapple is a successful case. Hahaha may make a dark dish next time.

Steps:

  1. Beat the cream cheese smooth

  2. Add whipped cream, pineapple yoghurt, fine sugar, soy sauce, season well

  3. Fish film is foamed with fruit juice, heated to liquid by water, added to 2 and mixed well, and poured into a mold with a cake bottom for 2 hours.

  4. Pineapple juice and 3g fish film are heated by water. After cooling, pour into the mold to make jelly layer. (Be sure to cool down, or you will mix the cheesecakes like me in a tragic manner.)

  5. Refrigerate to solidify, demould, complete

Tips:

Pineapple and soy sauce are also seen in Xiamen, so I played with the imagination to mix them together! Soy sauce can bring out the taste of pineapple, provided that it can't add too much. Hahaha, what is the strange idea? If you recommend it, let me try it too. 哒=3=
