Cut the pineapple into half, the other half into a hollow pineapple, and wash the diced onion, bacon, carrot, and pepper.
Put the warm oil on the hot pot, stir-fry the onion, diced the pepper, add the salt, pepper and the Parmesan cheese powder.
After frying the soft rice, add the white rice, add some nuts, and mix for spare.
Put the mixed rice in the pineapple and spread the mozzarella cheese.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pineapple for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
If there is no bacon, you can use ham sausage instead.
