The main ingredient is very simple, that is, spinach, carrot, pine nuts
I used two kinds of oil, olive oil and white sesame oil to add flavor and increase the source of unsaturated fatty acids.
The spinach is drowned, the water is drenched into the pot, and the green is deepened to be fished out;
The spinach after drowning is wrung out and cut into small pieces;
Add a small amount of water to the pot, then add the right amount of olive oil and sesame oil (this can avoid high temperature damage to the oil and fat), then fry the carrots cut into small pots until the carrots are cooked and turn off the heat;
Add spinach, pine nuts, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and mix well.
