This is a simple way of kimchi. 1. Sealed cans with boiled water and disinfected 2. Washed with radish, peeled and dried, steamed or dried. 3. Pour 500ml of wild pepper water into the can, then add pepper, garlic, ginger, rock sugar, sugar, red vinegar ,salt. 4. Finally, add radish skin soak for 2 to 3 days before serving.
