I haven't done these pickles for many years. I recently wanted to eat red peppers, pickled beans, garlic, and ginger, and then I prepared them according to what I wanted to eat. Red pepper, garlic, and ginger are cleaned and dried, the knife is dried, and finally mixed well and bottled.

The bottle must be clean, free of water and oil. The material ratio can be prepared at will according to your own needs.
