This is a bit like a braised practice
Put the chicken feet in the water, boil and remove (the purpose is to remove the oil)
Add a little oil to the pot (a little less, otherwise it is very oily), add garlic and ginger slices, then stir-fry the chicken feet. If it is dry, add a little water.
Stir-fry almost, small fire, add seasonings, add peanuts, and then stir-fry for a while, if the color is not enough black, you can add some soy sauce, then you can turn off the fire.
Add all materials to the voltage cooker and adjust the time to 35 minutes. After cooking, unplug the power supply and do not pressurize after 10 minutes. (Otherwise, pressurization will make the chicken feet too forest)
Peanuts should be soaked in cold water for at least half a day.
