The simplest, fastest and least oily fried potato.
Cut the potatoes.
Heat the pan and put a small amount of oil. After the oil is hot, put the potato chips in and spread it out.
Turn the potato wire to make it evenly heated. Sprinkle salt.
When the potatoes are almost fried, use a spatula to push the potatoes into a circle, and use a spatula to press the cake a little. Don't flip anymore.
The medium and small fires are about two minutes or so, and it is estimated to be almost the same. Take a round plate over the potato wire.
Put the pan on your right hand, spread the plate with your left hand palm, and turn the plate over.
Don't put too much salt, spread it evenly.
