Cut the konjac into a rectangular block, and cut a few knives on the surface (not cut to the end), sprinkle with pepper on both sides.
Put a little olive oil in the pan. After a little hot, put in the konjac block. After a little frying, sprinkle with the cooking wine (if you don't put the wine, you will get a lot of white foam)
After frying until there is burnt color (about 5 minutes), fry the other side. If the konjac block is thicker, fry the side.
After loading in a flat plate, sprinkle with your favorite salad dressing (you can also use soy sauce, vinegar and garlic sauce) and chopped shallots.
