The materials are ready.
Pour water into the milk pan and open a small fire.
Cook until warm and a little in the cup.
Add glutinous rice flour and mix well.
Add a small bag of milk powder and mix well.
Add sugar to the milk pan and turn on a small fire.
Add the prepared glutinous rice flour slurry.
Cook over low heat and stir well while cooking.
Put it on for a while and pour it into the popsicle mold.
Pour into the mold and fill it with nine minutes.
Cover the mold lid and put the freezer in the freezer for a few hours.
