A simple and easy to make healthy noodle.
Ingredients: udon noodles, okra, cherry radish, seaweed, alfalfa, eggs
Boil a pot of boiling water, add udon noodles, cook for 3 minutes, add okra, cherry radish (sliced), seaweed, soy sauce, sesame oil. The trick to boil the eggs is to cook for only 3 minutes, turn off the heat for 30 seconds, then cool the water. When the fire is over, it will be old.
