This is the traditional Chinese dish in my grandmother's hometown. Everyone will do it once in the New Year. Use your own rapeseed to fry oily tofu, savory with shredded pork, and delicious meals.
Pour half a pot of water into the pot and boil, and wash the oily tofu into boiled water until the water boils again.
Use a colander to pour out the oil tofu and put it in a bowl for later use.
Put more oil in the pan and add the shredded pork to stir-fry until it changes color.
The pork is served in reserve and the oil is left in the pot.
Pour the sliced sweet pepper and minced garlic into the oil pan.
Pour the spare oil tofu and shredded pork into the pot, stir fry evenly, cover the lid and cook for a few minutes, spread the lid and sprinkle with the appropriate amount of salt, stir well, and close the juice.
There is a succulent scent in the oil tofu!
You can also use the market to buy oil tofu.
