Ondeh ondeh is a Malay dessert. It is similar to the domestic glutinous rice glutinous rice. Add the pandan leaf juice. Add the Malay-style coconut candy to make the filling. Unique flavor! Very fragrant!
Banlan leaves washed and cut into small pieces in the cooking machine. Add 95g of water to make juice.

Add coconut oil (or corn oil) into a smooth powder

Prepare a bowl, put ice cubes and water, and boil a pot of water. Put in a pandan powder. Cook in a medium heat until the flour is floating.
Put it in the prepared ice water for a while and pick it up.
You can enjoy it with shredded coconut (when coconut milk has not cooled and solidified)
This ondeh wants to eat when the coconut sugar has not cooled and solidified. When the coconut sugar is dissolved, it is best to eat it with coconut oil. If it is not, you can use ordinary corn oil instead.
