Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Prepare a long plate, a razor blade, and a box of tofu. Carefully cut around the tofu box with a blade and pick up the lid. The tofu is buckled on the long plate, and then a knife is cut across the corner of the tofu box. When the tofu box sees the air, it will automatically fall out on the plate.
