There are many ways to eat Matsutake. The most original and most tasteful way to taste the Matsutake is to eat raw food. Wash the pine mushrooms like sashimi, and then add salt and mustard according to your taste. The classic and most coveted way to eat is the yellow fried pine mushroom in the "Tip Tip", washed and sliced fresh pine mushrooms, and fried in heated butter. After the fluffy scent is fully fragrant, add the salt to eat; another very loving way is to put the pine prawn into the soup, a bowl of soup blended with the delicious and nutritious of the pine velvet, refreshing and easily absorbed by the body; today My Matsutake rice is a more affordable and savoury meal. Wash the diced pine nuts, sauté with carrots, put them into the rice cooker and cook them with rice. Finally, mix with the yellow fried velvet slices. The meal experienced two different ways of eating pine mushrooms.
Wash the kelp clean, add 500ml of water, boil over low heat and cook for 30 minutes, then let cool.
The rice is scoured with water, and about 1.2 times of the water of the boiled kelp is added and soaked for 30 minutes.
Carrots are washed and diced, and the shallots are chopped.
