The first time I saw the Matcha Honey Bean Melaleuca is a warm afternoon tea. I just want to be a layer of crepe with a matcha red bean. These two things are one of my favorites. So I started, I was very hurriedly doing the rough, the cream was not evenly coated, and I didn’t do enough layers. Haha, keep it first, and then I will strengthen it later. The formula refers to @TheRed's chocolate layer. Thank you very much.
Put eggs, powdered sugar, salt in the pot, stir slightly, add milk and mix well, sieve into low-gluten flour, matcha powder and stir.
The butter is heated to melt, slightly cooled, added to step 1, stirred well and sieved.
Do not put oil on the pan, use a small fire stall, about 30ml batter each time, spread into a round shape, the edge of the cake is baked and turned over and baked for about 4 or 5 seconds, let it cool, then spread Ah, the rest of the stall. ~
Light cream and fine sugar are sent to a state that can be applied. (I am lazy, I can also add some cream to the red beans, and the other part to send, then alternately smear, but I want to eat a lot of red beans)
I began to happily stack the crepes, a layer of crepes, smear the cream, evenly sprinkle the honey red beans, and then layer, then wipe the cream, repeated iterations, and then press the shape according to your own preferences, put Refrigerate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (Generally speaking, don't smear the edges, it looks good, I forget every time, I have to be a beautiful haha next time.)
Take it out and sprinkle with the matcha powder and sprinkle it with sugar powder as you like.
