The recipe comes from the "Cooking Class" which can be used for a measuring cup. It can be placed in a refrigerator for about one month. It can be mixed with 4-5 bowls of salad.
Mix the oil, maple syrup, vinegar, mustard and minced garlic in a clean vial.
Close the lid and shake the bottle like a cocktail until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Add salt and black pepper to your taste when mixing salad.
Mustard sauce is western-style yellow mustard mustard, not Japanese-style green mustard wasabi!
