The recipe comes from the "Cooking Class" which can be used for a measuring cup. It can be placed in a refrigerator for about one month. It can be mixed with 4-5 bowls of salad.

Steps:

  1. Mix the oil, maple syrup, vinegar, mustard and minced garlic in a clean vial.

  2. Close the lid and shake the bottle like a cocktail until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

  3. Add salt and black pepper to your taste when mixing salad.

Tips:

Mustard sauce is western-style yellow mustard mustard, not Japanese-style green mustard wasabi!
