  3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, then pour the sifted flour into the egg paste and mix well.

  4. Take a small portion of the batter into the oil, and stir it until the batter is completely emulsified, in a mayonnaise state.

  5. Pour the oil batter into the batter and continue to mix until uniform

  6. Pour the batter into the piping bag, squeeze into the mold, fasten the lid, and place in the oven for 20 minutes. If the oven is large, it can be shortened by about 15 minutes. This party can bake 40 cakes, I use the 32-litre oven, just put down 2 sets. So the time is longer.

  7. After baking, spread the lid and let it cool.

Tips:

The party can make two square molds, two molds smaller than 32 liters can be halved to make one. With more than 60 grams of eggs, there may be more batter, because my oven is full, I have to steam the remaining batter, it is also delicious!
