Very simple refreshing quick-food. The ingredients are for one person, please increase by yourself. Low oil and low salt, no shaving!
The dragon fish is thawed, diced, green pepper diced, fresh lily washed and opened.
Longli fish is controlled to dry water, add cooking wine, soy sauce, a little salt, starch, black pepper, a few drops of olive oil and mix well, let stand for 3 minutes.

Put in green pepper and a little salt and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add the Longli fish and stir fry a few times (preferably stir-fry, so it is not easy to break the fish). Sprinkle some black pepper on the pan and mix well.
The amount of oil is small, please use non-stick pan!
