Pierre Hermé's formula
Ingredients: 375g low-gluten flour, 3/4tsp baking powder, 6 medium-temperature eggs (50g/piece), cream 190g white sugar 400g (I used 300g), salt 撮, rum 3.5tbsp, organic lemon 3, butter 135g. Mold size 28cm × 7cm × 11cm
Take 3 lemon dander. It is best to use bio lemon, you can't buy it with salt, wash the surface of the lemon, remove the wax and pesticide as much as possible.
