Pour a spoonful of oil in the pot, shake it, heat it, set the dumplings, fry for two minutes, turn and adjust the starch water.
Mix a spoonful of starch and a spoonful of flour in a bowl of cold water, pour into the pan, cover the lid, and simmer for 8 minutes.
8 minutes is over, uncover the lid and pick up the juice until it appears a little brown.
Shake the pot back and forth to make it loose and then buckle down to the plate.
