  1. Wash the chicken to remove the internal organs. Put the glutinous rice, ginseng, red dates 4, the shelled chestnut into the chicken, add half a teaspoon of salt. Use a toothpick to open the opening

  2. Put the chicken in an electric pressure cooker, pour in water and cover the whole chicken.

  3. Add the remaining red dates, ginger slices, garlic slices, and cut into green onions. Electric pressure cooker select 'soup' mode (about 25 minutes)

  4. Add some salt to taste before serving. Cut the chicken in half and enjoy it with the soup. You can also eat it separately.

Tips:

I figured that it is convenient to use an electric pressure cooker, and the slow fire stew should taste better. After the water is boiled, turn slowly and cook for about 30-40 minutes. The chicken is soft.
