Simple and delicious
Cut the sirloin with small pieces. Wash with water. Cold water into the pot. Boil the water and boil for a few minutes. Remove and drain. (Don't pour the water from the sirloin. Take the float and put it next to it.)

Add the previously fried vegetables to the pot and stir fry with the sirloin for a while. Add enough water. I used the original soup of the boiled beef.
After boiling, turn to low heat, cover and cook for about 1 hour.
Open the lid and add the boxed curry block. Stir and open the lid and suffocate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add 35ml of coconut milk and mix well. Try it. If you feel light, add a small amount of salt.
After seasoning, it will be ready.
Of course, if you like, you can make curry rice.
I think the most useful tip is one is coconut milk. One is the original soup used to boil the sirloin. When you have these two points, it will be very delicious.
